Chae is wonderful and thorough and we loved her and recommended anybody

Mr Mr is the best, they make sure you have an enjoyable yard. It has changed our outdoor experience 100%! We have a waterfall and tons of plants and two dogs, we could never enjoy the outdoors during summer and spring without terrible mosquitoes or tons of mosquito spray- now once a month treatment and we are loving our back porch! Chae is absolutely the best technician, she goes above and beyond, she sprayed last week (and then of course it rained all week here in atl) but she personally text me to check that the treatment stuck instead of me having to call and ask for a re-spray! She takes great pride in her work and does a wonderful job. She is very kind and thoughtful and makes sure we are happy with the service at Mr. Mr. This company stands by their services, has great customer service and wonderful employees like Chae! Highly recommend!

It's the first time I've seen Chae. She alerted me that was was coming (which they always do). I noticed she was taking a picture of something, so popped outside. She showed me some standing water along the side of my house that could be a bigger issue than mosquitos. Appreciate her diligence and friendliness.

Chae is amazing! This was her first time servicing our yard and she followed all the notes to spray behind and through the magnolia trees. Chae was the only technician that has serviced our house that did a full service job. Most other technicians would only spend 5-10 minutes onsite, so we didn’t even realize it was normal to receive the service we received from her. She was out at our house for nearly an entire hour, took pictures of any standing water, and did a thorough job of treating all of the problem areas. She was bar none the most quality technician to service our house, and we’re happy to have her treating our yard going forward. Thank you, Chae!!

Excellent! Texted me arrival estimate, then another text when on the way, and finally a call when he had arrived. He parked perfectly, on the street, not blocking driveway. Was very courteous, friendly, and informative.
