She gave great advice on how to keep the standing water controlled after rain. Chae was the only technician that has serviced our house that did a full service job. Most other technicians would only spend 5-10 minutes onsite, so we didn’t even realize it was normal to receive the service we received from her. She was out at our house for nearly an entire hour, took pictures of any standing water, and did a thorough job of treating all of the problem areas. She was bar none the most quality technician to service our house, and we’re happy to have her treating our yard going forward. Thank you, Chae!!
