Chae was the only technician that has serviced our house that did a full service job. Most other technicians would only spend 5-10 minutes onsite, so we didn’t even realize it was normal to receive the service we received from her. She was out at our house for nearly an entire hour, took pictures of any standing water, and did a thorough job of treating all of the problem areas. Rasheaka came to spray today and was wonderful. I had a home technician arrive at the same time and she changed her route to come back to my home a little later.
